Cool nights, warm sunny days, a wood fire burning and a sweet familiar scent can only mean one thing... Maple Syrup! Wonderful on waffles, pancakes, french toast and soo much more, this wonderful, sticky, sweetness is a family tradition in our home. Every year our whole family heads up to our lil sugar shack and spend a week or two all together making this wonderful stuff! This year the season was incredibly early and incredibly short, but we still had a great couple days and nights of boiling and as usual I took my camera along and captured some of the things that make maple syrup making so much fun!
