Adorable Lil Guy

I was super happy this weekend when I jumped in my car. Not only was the weather absolutely amazing… a perfect day for a drive in the country… but I was headed off to visit my girlfriend, her hubby and their newest addition, an absolutely adorable bouncy baby boy. Two weeks old to the day, I was so excited to finally meet the lil rug rat. His beautiful big eyes and sweet lil smile captured my heart immediately, and after some much needed snuggles it was time to bust out the camera. Here is a quick sneak peek !

Surprise… Say Cheese

I love a good ole surprise, so when my cousin’s girlfriend mentioned they wanted to surprise her mom with family photos for a birthday and mother’s day gift, I thought it was an awesome idea! Extremely lucky, we had a beautiful spring morning to do the photos. A bit cool, but nothing compared to the crazy snow we had the day before, the family was awesome and totally rocked it. 10 people and a couple four legged friends, some laughs, so goofy faces and lots of fun… I could not wait to get home and edit photos. Here is a quick sneak peek… cannot wait for you guys to see them all!

Baby Bump

Life has definitely been a bit crazy the past couple months so when one of my closest friends asked if I would be interested in doing some maternity photos for them I jumped at the chance. Dusting off the good ole camera, I jumped in the car, cranked up some tunes and after a quick stop at Starbucks was on my way. Once I got there we did some much needed catching up and then took a tour of the nursery before getting the gear out. Expecting their first lil one, their excitement was contagious! I had a blast photographing the whole family, four legged family members included! Here is a sneak peek at some of my favs!

Puppy Love

I am head over heels in love with our chocolate lab puppy, Barley! He absolutely loves the snow (a true Canadian at heart) so with the recent snowy winter weather we have had a blast meeting our four and two legged pals at the local dog park and talking a beautiful walk in the snow. Never to be one without my camera, I always enjoy the walks an capturing photos of our four legged pals.

Love after all is a four legged word!

Rockin the Tiara

Happy New Year! Super excited to be posting my first sneak peek of 2013!

Last weekend I packed up my camera bag and took a trip out to Rockton, for the2013 Rockton Fair Ambassador Competition. As always the committee did an incredible job decorating and organizing the event. This year’s theme was “Lumberjack Woodland” and it definitely impressed! From the sawed logs to the woodland décor, the hall sparkled with the woodsy theme.

Three young ladies competed this year for the honours on being crowned the 2013 Rockton Fair Ambassador. I am sure it was extremely difficult to pick a winner, as they all did an amazing job, but in the end the judges had to pick one young lady to wear the crown. Congratulations to all the competitors, you should all be super proud of yourselves, you did an incredible job!
